About the Founder
Aubrey Sitler (MSW, MPP) is a national expert on federal homelessness policy, evidence-based and best practices, and homeless system design, implementation, and continuous quality improvement. A clinical social worker by training, Aubrey is committed to bridging high-level program design and on-the-ground implementation to ensure impact. Since 2016, she has been supporting communities nationwide in building effective, localized, and accountable responses to homelessness as a strategic planner, a HUD technical assistance (TA) provider, a data analyst, a researcher, and an evaluator. She specializes in addressing youth and young adult homelessness and in coordinated entry system design and implementation.
Aubrey is seasoned in navigating rigid funding and policy requirements while upholding human-centered solutions that build toward a future that partners across a community envision. She knows that the best solutions and ideas come from the people closest the pain. And she believes in the promise that systems hold to deliver consistent and impactful outcomes when they are designed and implemented well.
